1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phjoint ("phjoint," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phjoint website located at phjoint.club and all associated gaming services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the phjoint website, or making use of any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phjoint's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any manner. phjoint reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the phjoint Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. phjoint reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

phjoint services are intended primarily for players located in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the phjoint Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. phjoint makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in all locations.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register only one (1) phjoint account. Registering duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, phjoint reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phjoint is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and gaming regulatory requirements. You agree to provide any documentation requested by phjoint for KYC purposes, including a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License) and proof of address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to phjoint's satisfaction.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoint account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your phjoint account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phjoint support immediately via the contact details set out in Section 14.

phjoint shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phjoint accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Player-Owned Accounts Only

All payment methods used for deposits to and withdrawals from your phjoint account must be registered in your own name — the same name as your phjoint account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. phjoint reserves the right to reject any transaction where the payment method ownership cannot be verified and to suspend accounts where third-party payments are suspected.

4.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the phjoint Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. phjoint does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which phjoint accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and phjoint's standard fraud and compliance review processes. phjoint aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed on the cashier page, though processing times may vary based on payment method and verification status.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the phjoint Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by phjoint are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between the general terms set out in this Section and the specific terms of any individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. Wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players in accordance with the specific promotion criteria. phjoint reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, or device. Players who register multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses will have all accounts closed and all related balances forfeited.
• phjoint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-campaign, any bonus funds already credited and partially wagered will be subject to a proportional assessment.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — may result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and suspension of the player's account.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the phjoint Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the applicable game rules.

All games on phjoint use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and verified for fairness. phjoint does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the mathematically established house edge disclosed in each game's published Return to Player (RTP) rate.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, the affected game round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. phjoint's decision regarding the resolution of technical issues is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjoint Platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market;
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a manner that generates unintended financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the phjoint Platform;
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity during KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any individual under the age of 21;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment gaming.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phjoint Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game content, software, text, images, and trademarks — is the property of phjoint or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without phjoint's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoint's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or relating to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their phjoint account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phjoint has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phjoint does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Responsible Gaming

phjoint is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account dashboard at any time.

11. Suspension and Termination

phjoint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phjoint reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct;
• The Player's account activity poses a regulatory compliance risk to phjoint;
• The Player's account is being accessed from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a Player's account — net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture under these Terms — will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.

A Player may request closure of their phjoint account at any time by contacting phjoint support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned subject to verification requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phjoint reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phjoint will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will specify the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the phjoint Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter of your use of the phjoint Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phjoint support. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of notification, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this Section limits phjoint's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in circumstances where phjoint determines that urgent legal protection of its rights is necessary.
